About our Products

At Wagon Creek Ranch, we've been raising 100% grass fed/grass finished beef and pastured veal since 2005. Our cattle are raised in a rotational grazing system where they are constantly moving to fresh pasture. This method of farming both improves the soil and produced superior healthy beef. All beef and veal are now certified halal.

In addition, we produce a variety products in our commercial kitchen.

Grass Fed/Grass Finished Beef

All of our cattle are in a rotational grazing system and spend their lives in the great outdoors.

Granola

Wholesome, delicious granola made with only seven ingredients: oats, almonds, walnuts, extra virgin olive oil, evaporated cane juice, sea salt and honey

Pastured Veal

Our veal calves spend their entire lives being raised by their mothers on green pastures. No cages ever.

Eggs

Our chickens live in a portable coop on the pasture. This protects them from predators while giving them access to fresh forage. They eat plants, bugs, table scraps and are given conventional grain as a supplement.

Sand Plum Jelly

Sweet, tart, and absolutely delicious, this jelly made from wild sand plums will be an instant favorite.

Granola Bars

Our granola bars are made with our granola, ground peanuts, oat flour and honey. Moist, but not sticky, these are a great snack or quick breakfast.
They can be stored at room temperature, in the refrigerator, or freezer.
